Campbell ~ Willie Christian, 79 of Campbell, passed away on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at his residence in Campbell, Missouri.

Willie, son of William Willard Christian and Catherine Marie Thacker Todd, was born on Friday, January 9, 1942 in St. Louis, Missouri.

On September 9, 1989 in Piggott, Arkansas, he was united in marriage to Karen S. Green.  She preceded him in death on March 22, 2015.

He was a retired Mill Operator having worked for Todd Feed & Seed and was a member of the Bethany General Baptist Church.  Also, a Veteran of the United States Army.

His survivors include two daughters, Julie Lohmann of Shrewsbury, Missouri, Elise Christian of St. Louis; two sons, Kevin Christian of Campbell, Jamie Christian of St. Louis; two step-daughters, Lorie Ann Barnes and Cindy Abernathy both of Springfield, Missouri; ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Wallace Christian of St. Louis; three sisters, Brenda Cecil and Sandy Todd both of Campbell and Betty Reeves of Lawrenceville, Georgia.

Besides his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents and step-father, Bill Todd.

Visitation will be from 6 - 8 p.m. on Friday, August 6, 2021 at the Landess Funeral Home in Campbell.  Funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Landess Funeral Chapel in Campbell with Reverend Bryan Johnson officiating.  Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery-Landess Addition in Campbell.

Landess Funeral Home of Campbell will be in charge of the arrangements.
