Vickie Sue Lindsey was born on Thursday, May 7, 1953 in Gideon, Missouri to the late Orval Reese and Lavona Rollins Hickson.  She departed this life on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 69 years, 9 months and 12 days.

She was a homemaker and attended the Malden Church of God.

Vickie was united in marriage to Billy Keith Lindsey on November 22, 1968 in Kennett, Missouri.

Her survivors include:  Son, Jeff Lindsey and wife Heather of Gideon; Daughter, Amy Lacey and husband Chris of Malden; Son, Josh Lindsey and wife Jessica of Hernando, Mississippi.  Five grandchildren, Lindsey Ward of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; Mitchell Lacey of Johnson City, Illinois; Ross Lindsey of Jonesboro, Arkansas; Emily Rogers of Qulin, Missouri; and Maggie Lindsey of Hernando, Mississippi.  Three great grandchildren, Kaleb Lacey, Grayson Ward, and Ben Ward.  Two brothers, Tony Hickson and Ronnie Hickson and one sister, Kina Harston.

She was preceded in death by:  her parents, two sisters, Sandra Dishroon and Rita Bliss and one brother, Ricky Hickson.

Visitation will be from 11:30 AM until service time Saturday, April 22, 2023 at Landess Funeral Home and Crematory in Malden.

A memorial service will follow beginning at 1:00 PM in the Landess Funeral Chapel in Malden with Rev. Randy Deprow officiating.

Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden.
