Campbell ~ Verma Elaine Hisaw O'Neal, 80 of Campbell, passed away on Monday, February 17, 2025 at Campbell Healthcare and Senior Living in Campbell, Missouri.

Verma, daughter of Hollie and Annice Hooks Hisaw, was born on Friday, November 24, 1944 in Bloomfield, Missouri.

She retired from Wal-Mart after 34 ½ years; a 50 + year member of the Order of the Eastern Star and a member of the Sunnyvale General Baptist Church in Malden.

On September 2, 1966 in Dexter, Missouri, she was united in marriage to James Otis O'Neal.  He preceded her in death on January 27, 2018.

Her survivors include nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Larry Hisaw and Vic Hisaw.

Visitation will begin at 1 p.m., Sunday, February 23, 2025 at the Landess Funeral Chapel in Campbell, Missouri, with funeral service beginning at 2 p.m., with Reverend James Hamlett officiating. Burial will follow at Elder Cemetery in Campbell, Missouri.

Landess Funeral Home and Crematory of Campbell are in charge of the arrangements.
