Malden ~ Syble Fern Knight, 88 of Malden, passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Aspire Senior Living in Malden, Missouri.

Syble, daughter of William Riley and Edith Wavel Nail Corn, was born on Wednesday, January 4, 1933 in Campbell, Missouri.

She worked on a farm and was of the Baptist Faith.

On January 15, 1955 in Riverside, California, she was united in marriage to Corbin Eugene Knight.  He preceded her in death on June 4, 1996.

Her survivors include, granddaughter, Victoria ABolafia of Georgia; five great-grandchildren; nieces Regina Elizabeth Deprow of Malden; one sister, Norma Morris of Caruthersville; one brother, Donald Corn and wife, Sandy of Malden; and several nieces and nephews she helped raise.

Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one son, William McDonald; three sisters, Ruby Williams, Rosalie Dove and Mary Scoggins.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Landess Funeral Home of Malden will be in charge of the arrangements.
