Campbell – Steve Dwayne Willis, 72 of Campbell, passed away on Monday, August 25, 2025 at Campbell Healthcare and Senior Living in Campbell, Missouri.

Steve, son of Louie Bill "LB" and Josie Lane Willis, was born on Monday, August 17, 1953 in McAlester, Oklahoma.

He was retired Rural Mail Carrier; a member of the General Baptist Church and was a Veteran of the United States Army having served during the Vietnam War.

His survivors include son, Stephen Dwayne Willis, Jr and wife, Reannan of Troy, Illinois; daughter, Amy Willis of Campbell; grandchildren, Avery Floyd, Maddox Howell; brother, Jimmy Willis and wife, Carol of Covington, Tennessee; and sister, Louetta Hays and husband, Kenneth of Campbell.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Tom Willis and Billy John Willis.

Visitation will begin at 11 a.m., Thursday, August 28, 2025 at the Landess Funeral Chapel in Campbell, with funeral services beginning at 12 noon, with Reverend Darren Baker officiating. Burial will follow at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri.

Landess Funeral Home and Crematory of Campbell are in charge of the arrangements.
