Risco – Stephen Allen Goin, 50 of Risco, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at his residence in Risco, Missouri.

Stephen, son of Jimmy D. Goin and Patricia Fay Davis Whaley, was born on Saturday, December 28, 1974 in Dexter, Missouri.

He works maintenance at the Steel Mill and was of the Baptist Faith.

His survivors include his fiancé, Rebecca Akins of Risco; sons, Cody Goin of Kennett, Corey Goin of Gideon; brother, Danny Goin and wife, LeeAnn of Jackson; sisters, Cindy Cunningham of Lafayette, Louisiana, Angie Holloway and husband, Jeremy of Malden; step-daughter, Jayden Cole and step-son, Dawson Cole both of Risco; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will begin at 6 p.m., Friday, September 26, 2025 at Landess Funeral Chapel in Malden, Missouri, with memorial services beginning at 7 p.m. with Mr. David Mosby officiating

Landess Funeral Home and Crematory of Malden are in charge of the arrangements.
