St. Francis, Arkansas ~ Shirley Agnes Brothers Metlow, 77 of St. Francis, Arkansas, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Shirley, daughter of  Artie Cecil and Tressie Mae Burns Brothers, was born on Monday, January 6, 1947 in Dell, Arkansas.

She was a homemaker and of the Catholic Faith and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.

In 1989, in Chicago, Illinois, she was united in marriage to Thomas Metlow.  He preceded her in death.

Her survivors include daughter, Carla Wagster and husband, Phillip of St. Francis, Arkansas; four granddaughters, Katherine, Emily, Hannah and Lily; five great-grandsons and one great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death her parents; grandson, Will and her siblings.

A private family service will be held.

Landess Funeral Home and Crematory of Campbell are in charge of the arrangements.
