Campbell - Rosalee Hyde was born October 27, 1945 on Cane Creek Road in Campbell, Missouri to the late Clarence and Ellen Perkins. She resided in Campbell, on that same road, with her husband of 55 years, Darrell Lee Hyde. Rose departed this earthly life on April 19, 2019.
Rose was the office manager of the Campbell Medical Clinic until her retirement in 2014. She enjoyed working at local elections, and she loved a good game of Bingo. She had a talent for creating beautiful Swedish woven afghans and made sure all her children and grandchildren had one. She took great joy in cleaning and decorating her home. She loved her flowers and trees and had a passion for a beautiful yard and a beautiful house.
She referred to her grandchildren as her "flowers" and her grandchildren referred to her as their "Mawmaw."
Rose had a beautiful personality and she loved to laugh and have fun. She was a kind soul who will be remembered by many family members and friends.
She has enjoyed many family trips out west with brothers and sisters, beach trips including parasailing, cruises with family and friends, and many amusement park rides with her grands.
Rose is survived by her husband Darrell, daughter Denise Hatch and husband Ronnie of Malden, MO; son Darren Hyde and wife Rebecca of Ozark, MO; daughter Laura Belcher and husband Chris of Malden, MO; son Mitch Hyde and wife Lisa of Springfield, MO; eight grandchildren, Austin Hatch, Abby Rose Hatch, Elizabeth Kern, Jake Hyde, Andrew Belcher, Anna Belcher, Ivy Hyde, and Judah Hyde; three great grandchildren, Wyatt, Levi, and Weston Kern; three sisters Linore Hargrave, Ellen Siebert, and Phyllis Pipkin and two brothers Joe Perkins and Robert Perkins, and many wonderful nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Clarence and Ellen, brothers, Paul, Clarence Jr., Maurice, Lloyd, and sister Evelyn.
Visitation services will be held at Landess Funeral Home in Campbell, MO, on Easter Sunday, April 21, 2019 from 1 o'clock to three o'clock with funeral following. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Baptist Church in Campbell, of which she was a member or the Campbell Public Library.
Pallbearers will be Austin Hatch, Andrew Belcher, Jake Hyde, Larry Joe Perkins, Matt Blackburn and Joe Blackburn.
