Campbell ~ Ronald Gene Davis, 78 of Campbell, passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at the Ridgeview Living Community.

Son of John Elmer and Connie Mae Overman Davis was born on Tuesday, June 10, 1941 in Blytheville, Arkansas.

He was first married to Faye Curnutt Davis, who survives of Campbell.  He was married to Millicent Bailey Davis, she preceded him in death.

He was a farmer and was of the Pentecostal faith.

Survivors include two sons, James Davis and wife Lesa of Piggott, Melvin Davis and wife, Brenda of Campbell; five step children, Virginia Childers, Matthew Estes, Chevon Estes JoAnn Utley and Vernon Estes; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one brother, Donald Davis and wife, Mary Ellen of Pocahontas and one sister, Katherine Back and husband, John of Republic.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters and three brothers.

Visitation will be from 2 - 3 p.m., Monday, August 5, 2019 at the Landess Funeral Home in Campbell with services beginning at 3 p.m., with Reverend Jane Strickland officiating. Interment will be in Little Flock Cemetery in Piggott.
