Campbell - Roma (Farmer) Churchill passed away Saturday, April 19, 2025 at General Baptist Nursing Home in Campbell at the age of 89 years, 10 months, and 22 days.  Roma was the daughter of Cecil and Flois Goldsmith Perkins.  She was born on Tuesday, May 28, 1935 in Campbell.

Roma was a registered nurse and worked for two doctors in Campbell and at the General Baptist Nursing Home in Campbell.  She was retired from the VA Medical Center in Poplar Bluff.  That's where she spent most of her nursing years.  She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Campbell.  She was saved when she was 12.

On April 28, 1953, she was married to Eddie Farmer.  He preceded her in death December 21, 1981.  She married Harold Churchill December 3, 1983.  He preceded her in death January 16, 2014.  She was also preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, John and Gary Perkins.  Also, two sons, Jackie Edward Farmer and Larry Farmer, and sister, Betty Edwards.

Survivors include:  Son: Terry Farmer and wife Sheri of Poplar Bluff; Seven grandchildren, Stephen Farmer and wife Jennifer, Jackie Farmer and wife Stephanie, April Gossett and husband Travis, Amanda Farmer, Josh Farmer, Bailey Wells and husband Ryan and Jacob Farmer.  Also, several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Other survivors are one brother, Floyd Perkins of Houston, TX and one sister, Dorothy Ricks of Desoto, MO.

Visitation will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, April 24, 2025 at the Landess Funeral Chapel in Campbell, Missouri, with funeral service beginning at 11 a.m., with Reverend Joshua Lovens officiating. Burial will follow at Tucker Cemetery in Campbell, Missouri.

Pallbearers will be Stephen Farmer, Jackie Farmer, Zach Farmer, Trenton Farmer, Hayden Blue and Hunter Swafford.

Landess Funeral Home and Crematory of Campbell are in charge of the arrangements.
