Campbell  ~ Roger Dale Maddox, 64 of Campbell, passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, Illinois.

Roger, son of John and Faye Bledsoe Maddox, was born on Sunday, December 5, 1954 in Campbell, Missouri.

He was a locksmith and was of the Baptist Faith.  He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force.

His survivors include two sons, Cody Hartwick of Campbell, Zach Maddox and wife, Stephanie of Kennett; one stepdaughter, Cheyenne Ward of Kennett; two grandchildren, Kaidyn Maddox and Zachary Maddox, Jr. both of Kennett; two sisters, Pam Bader and husband, Stan of Glennonville, Pat Heskett and husband, Kenny of Campbell; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Savida Siebert and one brother, Glen Maddox.

Visitation will be from 12 – 1 p.m., Monday, January 14, 2019 at the Landess Funeral Home in Campbell, with services beginning at 1 p.m., with Mr. Chris Shepard officiating.  Burial will follow at St. Teresa Cemetery in Glennonville.
