Robert Earl Akridge, 68, of Campbell, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at his residence.

Robert was born on Saturday, May 3, 1958, in Campbell, Missouri to the late Lonzo and Dorothy Prentis Akridge.

Robert was a dedicated farmhand who enjoyed spending his time outdoors.

On October 5, 1985 in Campbell, Missouri, He was united in marriage to Darla Snider. She survives.

His other survivors include two sons, Ethan Akridge and wife, Taylor of Campbell and Zach Akridge and wife Alyssa of Campbell; four sisters, Phyllis Sims of Malden, Joyce Ellsworth of Malden, Judy Collins of Piggott, AR and Anna Walbert of Campbell Missouri; eight grandchildren, Hailey, Abbi, Jayden, Brylee, Kenzie, Remi, Kelsey & Gannon and one great-grandchild, Wrenley.

He is preceded in death by his parents, son, Ryan Akridge; six brothers, James, Wilburn, Donald, Lonzo, Jerry & Terry Akridge and sister Della Vannasdall.

Visitation will begin at 12 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at the Landess Funeral Home in Campbell, Missouri with the funeral service beginning at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Campbell, Missouri.

Pallbearers, Zach Akridge, Ethan Akridge, Jayden Akridge, Jason Collins, Mark Akridge and Clinton Akridge. Honorary Pallbearer, Carlton Stewart.

Landess Funeral Home and Crematory in Campbell is in charge of the arrangements.
