Campbell ~ Patsy Raye Barfoot, 81 of Campbell, passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at her daughter's residence in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Patsy, daughter of Walton Ray and Georgia Sevella Smith Evans, was born on Sunday, March 27, 1938 in Harrisburg Arkansas.

She was a 1972 Graduate of Arkansas State University with an Elementary Education Teaching Certificate.  She was a retired Migrant School Teacher and also taught at Campbell Elementary.  She was a member of the Campbell Methodist Church.

On June 30, 1956 in Hernando, Mississippi, she was united in marriage to Alphus Jay (A.J.) Barfoot.  He preceded her in death on July 28, 1994.

Her survivors include one son, Kelly Barfoot and wife, April of Campbell; two daughters, Brigette Barfoot of Jonesboro, Patricia Schumacher and husband, James of Kansas City, Missouri; two grandchildren, Jordan Schumacher and Andrew Schumacher both of Kansas City, Missouri; one sister, Sharon Heeb of Harrisburg, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Cynthia Barfoot.

Visitation will be from 1 - 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Landess Funeral Home in Campbell with services beginning at 2 p.m. with Mr. Randall Baker and Dr. Richard Stevenson officiating. Burial followed at Rosewood 1 ^st Addition Cemetery in Malden.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (bcrf.org) or Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (pancan.org)

Landess Funeral Home of Campbell will be in charge of the arrangements.
