Norma Hampton, 78, of Malden was born on December 5, 1940 in Zalma, Missouri to the late Joseph "Buck" Powell & Lovie Williams Powell She departed this life on Monday, April 8, 2019 at her residence in Lake Placid, Florida.

Norma Hampton was the owner/ operator of Felix Hampton Real Estate and Hampton House in Malden. She was the former owner of the Delta News in Malden and Fountainbleau Lodge in Cape Girardeau. Norma was of the Baptist faith. She was first married to James Bollinger. She later married Felix Hampton, Jr. He preceded her in death.

Son: Alan Bollinger & wife, Jane of Des Moines, Iowa.
Daughters: Gina Stoverink & husband, Steve of Malden, Monica Jarrell & husband, Glyn of Marble Hill and Jill James of The Villages, Florida.
11 Grandchildren: Noah Bollinger, Ben Bollinger, Blake Bollinger, Justin Stoverink, Chris Stoverink, John David Grubbs, Trevor Blake, Sydney Blake Rhodes, Carson Jarrell, Felisa Metcalf and Kali Smith.
11 Great-grandchildren
3 Sisters: Frankie Aters of Plano, Illinois, Marilyn Cooper of Jackson, Tennessee & Doris Cato of Radcliff, Kentucky.
Brother: Chester Powell of Radcliff, Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Felix Hampton, Jr., her parents, 3 sisters: Jo Ann Cato, Lawanda Jordan & Jean McConnaughay and 1 brother: Charlie Powell.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 12, 2019 from 6-8 P.M. at the Landess Funeral Chapel in Malden.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, April 13, 2019 at the Landess Funeral Chapel in Malden with her grandson Carson Jarrell officiating.

Interment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden, Missouri.
