Michael Don Smiley, 50 of Risco, Missouri, formerly of Malden was born on October 4, 1969 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri to Peggy Ann Pace Smiley and the late Larry Don Smiley. He passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at his home in Risco, Missouri.

Michael Don Smiley was employed at L & M Manufacturing in Fisk. He was a graduate of Malden High School and was of the Baptist faith. Michael was united in marriage to Donna Marie Joyce on October 25, 2014 in Risco, Missouri. She survives of the home.

His other survivors include: mother, Peggy Ann Smiley of Malden; sister, Angel Moore & husband, Kevin of Malden; two special companions, his dogs, Hoss & Kooter.

He was preceded in death by his father: Larry Don Smiley, grandparents: Leo & Velma Smiley and Laverne & Christine Pace.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2020 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the Landess Funeral Home in Malden. Funeral services will immediately follow at 1:00 P.M. with Brother Greg Bixler & Brother Mark McDowell officiating.

Interment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden.
