Michael Anthony Jones, Sr., of Clarkton, departed this life on Monday, May 5, 2025 at his residence in Clarkton, Missouri at the age of 54 years, 5 months, and 20 days.

Michael was born on Sunday, November 15, 1970 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi to Jerry and Mary Ann Cluck Jones.  Michael was a long-haul truck driver and was of the Christian faith.

On January 20, 1990, Michael was united in marriage to Angela Whitworth in Malden, Missouri.  She survives. Other survivors include, three sons, Chris Jones of Clarkton, Mikey Jones and wife Ashlei of Columbia, South Carolina and Tyler Jones of Dexter; eight grandchildren, Mia Cox, Tabby Jones, Mauricio Jones, Gabe Jones, Max Jones, Lexley Jones, Hera Mae Jones and Athena Dawn Jones; sister, Deena Smith and husband, Scott of Bonne Terre, Missouri and brother, Richie Jones and wife, Angie of Malden.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Jerry Lee and Joseph Jones.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 2 PM at the New Life Church in Rector, Arkansas.
