Maxine R. Clifford, born in Clarkton, Missouri on 10/21/1918 died in Mableton, Georgia on 8/4/2021, at the age of 102 years, 9 months, 14 days.

Preceded in death by her husband, Willard (Bill) Clifford; her mother, Mary Edith Thomas; her father, John Calvin Thomas; her brother, Byron Thomas; her sister, Kathleen Ward; and a great great grandson, Charles James Sears.

Survived by her son, Michael David Clifford and his wife Cindy of Mableton, Georgia; three grandchildren, Abigail Mack (Allen) of Powder Springs, Georgia; Amanda Mack of Dallas, Georgia; and Michael David Clifford Jr. (Danielle) of Hiram, Georgia.

11 great grandchildren, Caleb, Sarah, and Aiden Mack; Jeremy Sears, Gabe and Eli Mack; Michael David III, Isabella, Haleigh, Natalie, and Joshua Clifford; 1 great great grandchild, Roman Wade Sears, as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was an amateur artist, a member of the Eastern Star, the Campbell Garden Club and attended the Campbell Methodist Church.

She owned and operated Consumers Oil Company after her husband's death and later worked at Campbell State Bank until in her 70's.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Sunday, August 8, 2021 at Woodlawn Cemetery with Mr. Randall Baker officiating with burial immediately following.
