Campbell ~ Marvin Lee Long, 75 of Campbell, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at his residence in Campbell, Missouri.

Marvin, son of Virgil and Connie Madlock Long, was born Monday, July 12, 1948 in Hornersville, Missouri.

He was a mechanic and a Veteran of the United States Army having served during the Vietnam War.

On February 19, 1971 in Holcomb, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Glenda Corzine.  She survives.

Other survivors include one daughter, Jennifer Burke of Campbell; two sons, Joseph Long and Jeffrey Long both of Campbell; nine grandchildren, Andrew, Parker, Hunter, Kayce, Quinton, Hailey, Joey Jr., Trevion and Ryder; eight great-grandchildren, Evan, Kayclynn, Ostin, Abel, Jackson, Khloe, Laylah and Silas; five sisters, Wilma Baker of Springfield, Missouri, Linda Cato of Piggott, Lettie Sears of Gibson, Janice Elliott of Holcomb and Brenda Reed of Kennett; and one brother, Darrell Long of Qulin.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three infant sister, Glenda, Thelma and Ruthie; four sisters, Lois Smith, Karen Beaver, Treasa Lindsey and Donna Dickens and two brothers, Charles Long and James Long.

Visitation will begin at 1 p.m., Sunday, January 21, 2024 at Landess Funeral Home in Campbell, with funeral service beginning at 2 p.m. with Reverend Robert Looney officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery-Landess Addition in Campbell, Missouri.

Landess Funeral Home and Crematory of Campbell are in charge of the arrangements.
