Marcus D. Powell, 41, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri,  passed away Friday, August 9, 2024, at his home in Poplar Bluff.

Marcus was born on Sunday, September 26, 1982, to Ray Charles Ballard and Phyllis Kay Powell in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Marcus is survived by his father, Ray Charles Ballard and stepmother, Mary Ann Jones; on sister, Alicia Powell; two brothers, Travis Ballard and Charles Powell; several children, extended family and friends.

Marcus was preceded in death by his mother, Phyllis Kay Powell.
