Lonnie "Spike" Qualls of Clarkton, was born on Sunday, September 18, 1938 in Keiser, Arkansas to the late Upton and Oma Kemp Qualls.  He departed this life on Friday, April 4, 2025 at Winchester Place in Bernie at the age of 86 years, 6 months and 7 days.  Spike was business owner in retail and for a time was appointed the Chief of Police in Clarkton. He was also a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church in Malden.

A graveside service will be held at 3 PM on Saturday, April 26, 2025 in St. Teresa Cemetery in Glennonville.
