Rector ~ Lloyd Deroy Ray, 74 of Rector, Arkansas, passed away on Wednesday February 12, 2020 at St. Bernards Regional Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Lloyd, son of Jessie James and Zora Bessie Beckwith Ray, was born on Tuesday, December 18, 1945 in St. Louis, Missouri.

He was of the Baptist Faith.

His survivors include one daughter, Sherry Ray; four brothers, Hank Ray and wife, Linda, Jessie Ray all of Rector, Donald Ray and wife, Levena of Wilhelmina, Darrell Ray of Poplar Bluff; fives sisters, Shirlene Oliver of Mt. Vernon, Illinois, Louise Johns of Oxly, Darlene Smith of Florida, Sandy duello and husband, Mike of St. Louis, Shirley Allison and husband, Rick of Poplar Bluff; four grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Bobby Ray, Alford Ray and Arvell D. Ray.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Landess Funeral Home in Campbell, with services beginning at 11 a.m. with Mr. James Powell officiating. Burial followed in Woodlawn Cemetery in Campbell.

Landess Funeral Home of Campbell will be in charge of the arrangements.
