Lloyd Allen McRoy 52, passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Lloyd the son of Bill and Reva McRoy was born on Sunday, November 19, 1972 in Dexter, Missouri.

Lloyd had worked at Central Pallets in Dexter.

On November 24, 2001 in Bloomfield, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Laura Ann Dobbs. She survives.

Other survivors include, son, Michael Dobbs of Chaffe, MO; three daughters, Joann Tidwell of Cape Girardeau, MO, Alisha Cotton and husband, Jamie of Malden and Tiffany Glass of Kansas City, MO; 10 grandchildren; two brothers, Bill Saylors and wife, Lois of Dyersburg, TN and Frank McRoy and wife, Kathy of Dexter; four sisters, Ruth Reynolds and husband, Ron of Dexter, Judy Ewing and husband, Kenny of Bloomfield, Joann Whittley and husband, James and Michelle McRoy and husband, Jajuan of Bristol, Florida.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Faye Stitt and two brothers, Ron and Billy McRoy.

A memorial service will be held in Bloomfield at Spirit and Truth Worship Center on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at 12 P.M. with Bro. Jim Trauhber officiating.

Landess Funeral Home and Crematory of Malden is in charge of the arrangements.
