Larry E. Dees passed away peacefully in his home at High Ridge, Missouri on Monday, December 2, 2019. Larry was born on June 3, 1949 in Wilhelmina, Missouri. He was the youngest son of the late Delbert and Louise Dees. On September 2, 1969 Larry married the love of his life, Kay Stone of Malden, who has remained by his side.

Larry attended St. Teresa school in Glennonville, Missouri and Lindberg High in St. Louis. Larry worked 41 years in the billboard printing industry starting with sweeping the floors to finishing as the plant superintendent. Larry was a member of the Elks Lodge in High Ridge. He loved fishing without bait but with donuts. Being with family and friends gave him the most joy and his kindness and honor will be missed by all.

His survivors include:  Blessed wife: Kay Dees, daughter: Debra Brady of Springfield, Missouri, grandchildren: Sean Brady, Kayla Brady & Emmett Brady of Springfield, Missouri. Brothers: Del Dees & wife, Mary of San Jose, California and Linn Dees of Malden. Nephew: Rusty Dees of Phoenix, Arizona. Great-nieces: Elizabeth Dees & Emily Dees of Phoenix, Arizona. Aunts: Mary Knott and Betty Christian of St. Louis. Numerous cousins covering a wide spectrum.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at the Landess Funeral Home in Malden beginning at 11 AM. Funeral Mass will begin at 12 PM at the St. Ann Catholic Church in Malden with Father William Hennecke officiating.

Interment will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery-Landess Addition in Campbell.
