Kristi Hargrave of Malden passed away Friday, March 11, 2022 at Evelyn's House in St. Louis, MO. Kristi was born Thursday August 4, 1955 to W. D. Hester and Marcia Lou Grimes Hester, in Jonesboro, AR.

On August 23, 1975, she was united in marriage to Daniel Hargrave.  He survives.

Kristi was a retired teacher's aide at Malden Elementary school and was a retired co-owner of Malden Furniture.

She was also a devoted member of Stokelan Drive Christian Church in Malden, where her husband serves as Pastor.

Kristi was preceded in death by her father, W. D. Hester.

Survivors include her Mother,  Marcia Hester; her husband Daniel Hargrave; 3 daughters, Amy Nicole Hargrave, Anna Louise Hargrave Stout and husband Dustin all of Malden and Abby Lyn Hargrave Asher and husband Rich of Prairie du Rocher, IL

2 grandchildren: Sadie Gray Stout and Jack Oliver Stout of Malden

2 step grandchildren:  Michael Asher of Marissa, IL and Mae Asher of Prairie du Rocher, IL

2 brothers:  Tim Hester and wife April of Tulsa, OK and Terry Hester and wife Ranan of Searcy, AR

Several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be from 4 PM - 8 PM Sunday March 20 at Landess Funeral Home in Malden.

Memorial service will be at 11 AM Monday March 21 at the funeral home, with David Hargrave, Doug Hargrave, and Mike Grimes officiating.
