Clarkton ~ Kevin Moore, 65 of Clarkton, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at his daughter's residence in Clarkton, Missouri.

Kevin, son of Houston Roy and Sarah Ruth Belt Moore, was born on Wednesday, July 15, 1959 in Kennett, Missouri.

He was a mechanic and a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Piggott.

On December 31, 1979 in Campbell, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Phyllis Alvena Rhody.  She preceded him in death on February 25, 2024.

His survivors include two daughters, Kimberly Rhody-Smith and husband, John and Monica Moore all of Clarkton; seven grandchildren, Houston Foulk, McCaleh Armour, Braydon Loyd, Sara Payne, Bradley Payne, Iliana Gonzela and Aleh Davis; five great-grandchildren, Eden Claire Foulk, Rozlyn Foulk, Zoa Foulk, Shawn Michael Armour and Isla Armour; sister, Kimberly Moore of Des Moines, Iowa; aunt and uncle, Sue and Coy Belt of Mt. Grove, Missouri; and great-aunt and uncle, Ray and Ann Walker of Campbell.

He was preceded in death by his parents; nephew, Jonathan Elliott; aunt and uncle, Connie and Bill Murphy.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
