Holcomb ~ Kerry "KC" Williams, 68 of Holcomb, passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
KC, son of Leroy and Doris L. Sargent Williams, was born on Sunday, April 25, 1954 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.
He was a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. He furthered his education at Missouri State University in Springfield, where he received his teaching degree in Elementary Education, specializing in Math. He received his Master's Degree in St. Louis while teaching in the Wentzville School District for 10 years. After teaching, he became a Life Coach for Adults with Special Needs, as he always had a desire to help people. KC was a good friend to all and took care of his mother. He was passionate about music and enjoyed writing songs. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fans.
On August 12, 1985 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, he was united in marriage to Cheryl DePew Williams. She survives.
Other survivors include his mother, Doris Williams of Bernie; three sisters, Tara Kifer and husband Ken of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, Jana Paddock and husband, Steve Cochran of Columbia, Missouri, Lana Shipman and husband, Darrin of Bernie; mother-in-law, Barbara DePew of Campbell; sister-in-law, Joy Saladin and husband, Glenn of St. Peters, Missouri; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Leroy Williams.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m., Monday, June 13, 2022 at the Landess Funeral Chapel in Campbell with memorial service starting at 7 p.m., with Mr. James Powell officiating. Graveside service will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Bernie Cemetery, Bernie, Missouri. Burial will immediately follow.
