Karletta Marie Moncrief, 43, of Hazelwood, Missouri, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2026 in St. Louis, Missouri.

She was born on Monday, January 17, 1983, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, to Billy Porter and Vanita Moncrief. Karletta graduated from Missouri Valley College in Marshall, Missouri with a Bachelor's Degree in behavioral health. She dedicated her career to working in adolescent behavioral health, where she made a meaningful impact on the lives of many young people.

Karletta was known for her caring nature and the love she shared with those around her. She will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.

She is survived by her mother, Vanita Moncrief; father, Billy Porter; sister, Danitra Moncrief and several other brothers and sisters; niece, Tyla Moncrief; grandfather, Robert Reed; along with many other cousins, aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Landess Funeral Home in Malden.
