Judy Kay Cloud was born on Monday, September 21, 1942 in Malden, Missouri to the late Joseph Warren and Reba Lester Warren Riggs.  She departed this life on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at her residence in Malden at the age of 82 years, 3 months, and 14 days.

Judy was a homemaker and was a member of the Sunnyvale General Baptist Church.  On June 24, 1961, she was united in marriage to Jack Cloud in Malden.  He preceded her in death on September 1, 2006.  Also preceding her in death, was her step father, Robert Riggs.

Her survivors include:  daughters, Lisa Cloud Whitehead and husband Darrell, Michelle Cloud, and son, Jerrel Cloud all of Malden;  grandchildren, Brandi Cloud Green and husband Bill, Lexi Vincent Williams and husband Cale, Dixie Cloud, Emily Cloud, and Jackson Cloud; great grandchildren, Shepard Thomas Williams and Judy Kay Green; and one sister, Jacquelyn Ann Riggs of Malden.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 PM on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at Elder Cemetery in Campbell with Rev. James Hamlett officiating.
