Jordan Jeffrey
Beaird
Nov 25, 1986 — Sep 3, 2024
Malden
Jordan Jeffrey Beaird passed away at his family farm, "A Slice of Heaven" on September 3, 2024. Jordan was born on November 25, 1986, to Jeff Beaird and Miayh (Santie) Oatsvall. As the first son and first grandson on his mother's side, some would say he was spoiled, but we like to call it well loved. Throughout his life, Jordan enjoyed farming, riding four wheelers, and watching the Dallas Cowboys. Jordan was an avid hunter and loved telling the stories of his hunts to anybody that would listen and loved showing off his taxidermy. He graduated from Malden High School and went on to Mizzou to obtain an AgBusiness degree. Life eventually brought Jordan back to Malden where his family lives and they were happy to have him home.
He was preceded in death by his cousin Abbey Harris, his grandfather, James Thomason, his great grandparents, and his best canine companion, Eliza. He is survived by his parents, Jeff and Miayh Oatsvall and Jeff and Chastity Beaird, two sisters, Ashley (Taylor) Andrews and Rosie Beaird; one brother, Boone Beaird; step siblings Brandon Oatsvall and Kendra (Noah) Perkins; two nephews Ashor Andrews and Weston Perkins; grandparents, Phil and Judy Santie and Wanda Thomason; two aunts, Sabrina (Bryan) Harris and Tamra (Randy) Terry, and an uncle, Mark Beaird. Along with many cousins and other family and friends. And the truest joys of his life, his dogs Kamo and Delilah.
Jordan was strong willed and stubborn at times, but he also had an enormous, kind heart. He had a big, contagious smile and will be remembered for all the love he shared with his friends and family.
If you have talked to Jordan in the last six months, you know he was head over heels for his newest nephew, Ashor Amos Andrews. Instead of flowers or plants, his family asks that you please consider donations to the CHARGE Syndrome Foundation in his memory and in honor of his nephew, Ashor. Checks can me mailed to CHARGE Syndrome Foundation, 318 Half Day Rd., #305, Buffalo Grove, IL, 60089 or donations can be made online at www.chargesyndrome.org.
Services for Jordan will be held at Landess Funeral Home in Malden on Friday, September 6, 2024. Visitation will start at 12pm with the funeral following at 2pm. with Reverend Aulden LeBlanc and Reverend Mark Pickard officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are his friends Russell Miller, Levin Miller, Kyle Mauldin, Chris Lowrie, Alex Ryan, Andrew Lemarr, Michael Simmons, and Troy Greg.
We love you forever, Bub.
