Jerry Lynn Pearson, 79, of Risco, Missouri, passed at his residence on Saturday, June 20, 2026.

Born on August 6, 1946, in Risco, Missouri, Jerry was the son of the late Arthur Elmo and Geraldine Boner Pearson.

Jerry spent over 30 years working in maintenance at Noranda. He was a member of First Southern Baptist Church in Risco and was a proud 32nd Degree Mason.

On May 30, 1970, in Risco, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Paula Allen. Together they shared more than 56 years of marriage. She survives at their home in Risco.

Other survivors include two sons, Michael Pearson and wife, Lulu, of Malden and Gregg Pearson of Risco; two grandchildren, Kayla Pearson of Poplar Bluff and Andrew Pearson of Malden; brother, Tommy Pearson and wife, Marsha, of Risco and his beloved dog, Booboo.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Pearson and Rick Pearson.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at First Southern Baptist Church in Risco, with Rev. Corey Godsey officiating. The visitation will begin at 2 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
