Jerry Bryan Forbes was born on Wednesday, August 25, 1971 to Joseph Michael Forbes, Sr. and Sharon Kay Moore Fry in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.  He departed this life on Wednesday December 20, 2023 at his residence in Campbell, Missouri at the age of 52 years, 3 months, and 26 days.  Jerry worked for Harris Tree and Stump Removal in Campbell and was of the non denominational faith.  Jerry was united in marriage to Carla Renee Hayes.  She preceded him in death.  Also preceding him in death were his father, Joseph Michael Forbes, Sr.; step father, Dallas Fry; grandparents, Sidney Robert Moore and Ella Marie Moore; aunts, LaDonna Burndt, Yvonne Goldsmith, Jeanne Choate, Betty Moore, uncles Robert Moore, Harold Moore, Bud Moore.

His survivors include:  his mother, Sharon Fry of Campbell; three sons, Jamie Baggett of Campbell, Dillion Ryan Rice of Campbell; Zachary Bryan Schlautman of Hot Springs, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Madelyn Renee, Vivian Blake, and Evie Lyn; bonus child, McKayla Renee; bonus grandchildren Riley Connell, Ka-Leah Burnham, Heaven Berry; sisters Dawn Marie, Darlena Faye Biby and husband Dennis of Hornersville, Missouri, Diana Kaye Moore and husband Thomas of Paragould, Arkansas, and two brothers, Joseph Forbes and Mike Forbes; and uncle, Garry Moore and wife, Becky; and fiancé, Chrystal Collins

Visitation will begin at 11 AM until service time Saturday, December 23, 2023 at the Landess Funeral Home and Crematory in Campbell.  The funeral service will follow at 12 PM Saturday, December 23, 2023 at the Landess Funeral Chapel in Campbell.  Interment will be in the Piggott Cemetery in Piggott, Arkansas.  Landess Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
