Jerry Wayne Fields

Jerry Wayne Fields of Poplar Bluff, son of the late William Fields & Lydia Akers Fields was born in Malden, Missouri on February 15, 1939. Mr. Fields passed away August 18, 2019 at the Dexter Living Center in Dexter at the age of 80 years, 6 months and 3 days.

Jerry Fields was a Truck Driver and was of the Nazarene faith.

His survivors: son: Jerry Dale Fields of St. Louis, sister: Helen Chasteen of Dexter and brother: Donald Fields and wife Ellen of Lexington, TN.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers: Rayburn, John, and David Fields. 4 sisters: Wilma Shroy, Mildred Zelezick, Mary Lou Zisou and Ruby.

Graveside service will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden at 4 P.M. on Monday, August 19, 2019.

Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Malden.
