James Knight

James Knight, 64, of Malden, was born on March 16, 1954 in England, Arkansas. He departed this life on Friday, September 7, 2018 at his residence in Malden, Missouri.

He was united in marriage to Joyce Brock Knight in Doniphan, Missouri. She survives of the home in Malden.

His other survivors include:
Daughters: Joy Green of Dexter and Jaime Hillis of Tally.
Step-daughters: Sharon Burks of Malden, Tina Acord of Clarkton and Debbie Canseco of Malden.
Step-son: Richard Brock of Malden.
13 Grandchildren and 11 Great-grandchildren
Brother: Jerry Knight of Kansas.
Sisters: Linda Lopez of Texas & Janie Knoefler of River Side, CA.
Adopted step-mother: Mary Lou Knight of Dexter.


He was preceded in death by his parents: Jim & Mary Knight, , brothers: William Acord & Jerry Burden, sisters:  Nettie Northern & Susan Burden and step-son: Timothy Brock.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2018 from 6-8 P.M. at the Landess Funeral Chapel in Malden.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 14, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at the Landess Funeral Chapel in Malden with Reverend Larry landers officiating.

Interment will be in the Bethany Cemetery in Campbell, Missouri.
