Campbell ~ James Allen Finder, 67 of Campbell, passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at Campbell Healthcare and Senior Living in Campbell, Missouri.

James, son of Leroy Thomas Finder and Joyce Elaine Thrasher Todd, was born on Friday, August 1, 1958 in Fort Worth, Texas.

He was of the Catholic Faith; enjoy raising vegetables and different fruits; and was a Veteran of the United States Navy.

His survivors include his mother, Joyce Todd of Campbell; sister, Janie Selman of St. Louis; nephew, Tony Proffer of Campbell; and niece, Rhianna Selman of St. Louis.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leroy Finder; sisters, Myra Agnes Proffer, Aleta Frances Finder and Christina Lea Finder; infant sister, Felina Finder; grandparents; Myra and Ambress Thrasher and Jerry and Cicero Finder; niece, Rachel Selman; nephew, Ryan Proffer and brother-in-law, Terry Proffer.

There will be a private burial at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri.

Landess Funeral Home and Crematory of Campbell are in charge of the arrangements.
