Helen Rosalea Evans was born on July 28, 1934 in Lilbourn, Missouri to the late Arthur Menees and Hattie Adams Christopher and was also raised by Louis Christopher. She departed this life on Monday, March 18, 2019 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Poplar Bluff at the age of 84 years 7 months and 20 days.

Helen worked as a hairdresser and was also a bank teller. She was a member of the Spoonerville Bapstist Church.

Her survivors include:

Sister: Louise Hutchins of New Madrid.

2 Half - Brothers: Wayne Menees of Sikeston and Ralph Menees of Missouri

Nieces: Sheila Hornback and husband Rick of Sikeston

Susan Milisits and husband John of New Madrid, who helped care for her.

Many other family and friends whom she loved dearly.

Visitation will be held Thursday March 21, 2019 from 6-8 P.M. at the Landess Funeral Home in Malden.

Funeral will be Friday, March 22, 2019 at 11 A.M. in the Landess Funeral Chapel with Rev. Richard Blagg Officiating.

Internment will be in Rosewood 1 ^st Addition Cemetery in Malden Missouri.
