Gregory Ray Gamblin, of Malden,  was born on Wednesday March 27, 1968 to the late Margarie Evans Gamblin and James D. Gamblin in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.  He departed this life on Thursday September 17, 2026 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri at the age of 58 years, 5 months, and 21 days. Greg was a foreman for RD Enterprises.  

On March 20, 2020, Gregory Ray Gamblin was united in marriage to Christian Cannon.  She survives.  Other survivors include:  Son, Marquan Townsend; step son, Leo Townsend; two grandchildren;  two brothers, Curtis Gamblin and Chris Gamblin; His aunt, Brenda Terrell; and niece, Crystal Thompson.  He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Candace Lee Thacker.  

A memorial visitation will be Monday, September 21, 2026 from 12-1 PM at Landess Funeral Home in Malden.  Landess Funeral Home and Crematory of Malden is in charge of the arrangements.
