Obituary

Holcomb ~ Glen Hensley, Sr. 70 of Holcomb, passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Piggott Community Hospital in Piggott, Arkansas

Glen, son of Grover William and Ida Blanche Leisure Hensley, was born on Tuesday, June 7, 1949 in Clarkton, Missouri.

He was a factory worker having worked for Parker Hannifin and was a member of the Crosspointe Family Church in Campbell.  He was a Veteran of the United States Navy having served during the Vietnam War.

On June 8, 1971 in Montgomery City, Missouri, he was united in marriage to Shirley Crayne.  She survives.

Other survivors include, two sons, Glen Hensley and wife, Christina of Campbell, Matthew Hensley and wife, Amber of Carbondale, Illinois; one daughter, Caryn Moore and husband, Tommy of Malden; four grandchildren, John and Justin Moore of Malden and Jake and Katie Hensley of Campbell; one sister, Shirley Mize and husband, Jim of Fenton; two brothers, James Hensley of Wichita, Kansas and Dewayne Hensley of Campbell.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Chuck Hensley.

Visitation will be from 12 -2 p.m., Saturday, June 22, 2019 at the Crosspointe Family Church in Campbell, with funeral services beginning at 2 p.m., with Reverend Randy Vaughn officiating. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery – Landess Addition in Campbell.
