Campbell ~ Genora Fay Faughn, 81 of Campbell, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas.

Genora, daughter of Paul Byron and Ella Christine Meriwether Whiteside, was born on Sunday, September 10, 1939 in Campbell, Missouri.

She retired from C-Star; was a homemaker and was a member of the General Baptist Church in Campbell.

On May 28, 1960 in Campbell, Missouri, she was united in marriage to David Oran Faughn.  He preceded her in death on November 3, 2017.

Her survivors include one daughter, Cindy Hogan; one son, Charles Faughn; one grandson, Joshua Hogan all of Campbell; two great-granddaughters, Ella Rose Hogan and Kimber Hogan; one brother, Kenneth Whiteside and wife, Dottie of Paragould, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Verna Lee Whiteside and Kathy Freeman.

Visitation will begin 11 a.m., Thursday, October 22, 2020 at Landess Funeral Home in Campbell with funeral services beginning at 1 p.m., with Reverend Darren Baker officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Campbell.

Landess Funeral Home of Campbell will be in charge of the arrangements.
