Obituary

Campbell ~ Geniva Virginia Davis, 96 of Campbell, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2024 at Ridgeview Living Community in Malden, Missouri.

Geniva, daughter of Joel Leonard and Minnie Tibbs Wills, was born on Tuesday, May 17, 1927 in Greenville, Missouri.

She was a homemaker and a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church in DeSoto, Missouri.

On August 4, 1956, in Corinth, Mississippi, she was united in marriage to James Vernon Davis.  He was preceded her in death on October 2, 2019.

Her survivors include one son, Roy Wills and wife, Ruby of St. Peters; two grandchildren, Darren Wills of Troy, Scott Wills of O'Fallon; three great-grandchildren, Alexandrea Wills, Sean Wills, Elizabeth Wills; one sister, Joyce Gammon of Michigan; and one brother, Jerry Wills of Campbell.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Dorothy Graham, Emma Eggleston, Ruth Kearbey; three brothers, Gerald Wills, Loyd Wills and Kirby Wills.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m., Thursday, February 15, 2024 at Landess Funeral Home in Campbell, with funeral service beginning at 11 a.m., with Reverend Joshua Lovens officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery-Landess Addition in Campbell, Missouri.
