Freda Elene Warren, daughter of the late James M. O'Dell and Letha Martin O'Dell was born on Wednesday, February 5, 1930 in Stoddard County, Missouri and departed this life on Monday, June 17, 2024 at Cypress Point Skilled Nursing in Dexter, Missouri at the age of 94.

Mrs. Warren married Carrol Junior Warren on March 19, 1949. He preceded her in death on January 23, 2000.

Mrs. Warren was retired from her position as president of Jr Warren Homebuilders. She also worked at Elders Manufacturing in Dexter and Gossard Manufacturing in Malden and was a resident of Clarkton until she moved to Cypress Point Skilled Nursing in Dexter.

She enjoyed gardening, quilting and spending time with her family.

She is survived by one daughter, Kay Redman and husband, Mike Redman of Holcomb; six grandchildren, Amy Smith, Philip Redman and wife, Kembralyn, Leah Smith and husband, Sean, Jonathan Redman and wife, Terah, Louie Dale Smith III and wife, Karla, and Chris Smith; ten great-grandchildren, Taylor Cook, Anna Arendale (Brayden), Adam Redman, Kohen Ligons, Dakota Redman, Warren Redman, Spencer Smith, Aubrey Smith,  Sadie Lou Smith, and Harrison Smith; one great-great-grandson, Brenton Arendale; two brothers, James F. O'Dell of Dexter, Charles O'Dell and wife Joan  of Dexter; two sisters, Elizabeth Riggs of Dexter and Delcie Hesselbein and husband, Carl of Saint Peters; one sister in law, Retha Blake of Malden.

Other than her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Carolyn Smith and husband, Louie Smith Jr. and two sisters, Kathreen Robinson and Norma June Fortner.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at Landess Funeral Home in Malden. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 A.M.  with Brother Mike Redman officiating. Burial will follow at Dexter Cemetery in Dexter, Missouri.
