Campbell ~ Frances Michelle Williams Hicks, 54 of Wappapello, Missouri formerly of Campbell, passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Michelle, daughter of Jimmy Daniel Williams and Marietta Frances Reynolds O'Neal, was born on Tuesday, May 24, 1966 in Dixon, Tennessee.

She was homemaker.

Her survivors include her mother, Marietta O'Neal of Campbell; daughter, Kayla Brooke Miller of Selmer, Tennessee; granddaughter, Elizabeth Hope Smith of Selmer, Tennessee; sister, Mary Ann Featherston (Jerry) of Cape Girardeau; brother, Danny Williams (Freda) of Campbell; two nieces; five nephews; and other family member and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jimmy Daniel Williams; two sisters, Reba James and Tina Marie Williams and step-father, Everett Lancaster.

Visitation will be from 6 - 8 p.m., Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Landess Funeral Home in Campbell. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Sunday, July 12, 2020 at Landess Funeral Chapel in Campbell with Pastor Tim Schultz officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Campbell.

Landess Funeral Home of Campbell will be in charge of the arrangements.
