Ellen Kaye Nix, 73 of Malden, passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at Poplar Bluff Regional in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.

Ellen Nix, daughter of Fred and Lucy Leonard Anderson, was born on Tuesday, November 13, 1951 in Malden, Missouri.

She worked at RBA factory as a seamstress in Malden and was of the Baptist Faith.

Her survivors include son, Danny Nix of Malden; daughter, Penny Mock of Malden; sister, Geraldine Baker of Doniphan and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Kim Nix; two brothers, Billy Anderson and Fred Anderson and three sisters, Peggy Presley, Norma Jean and Patsy Rawlings.

A memorial service will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at the Landess Funeral Home in Malden.

Landess Funeral Home and Crematory of Malden is in charge of the arrangements.
