Ed Handlin of Malden, passed away on Monday, July 26, 2026 at his residence in Malden at the age of 65 years, 9 months, and 15 days.  Edward James Handlin, Jr. was born on Wednesday, October 12, 1960 to the late Marjorie Ann Hicks Handlin and Edward James "John" Handlin, Sr.

Ed was a 1978 graduate of Malden High School and later worked as a salesman, selling windows and doors, before retiring.  He attended the First Baptist Church in Poplar Bluff. 

He leaves to survive, his sister, Sharon Handlin of Murrieta, California and several cousins.  Ed was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Patrick Stephen Handlin and one sister, Kathy Handlin Lepski.
