Donald William Buchanan, 82 of Parma, passed away at his residence on Thursday, June 12, 2025.

Don, son of Harvey and Hester Gaultney Buchanan was born July 9, 1942 in Rombauer, Missouri. In 1969, he was married in Poplar Bluff to Linda Tiley, she survives. He was a farmer, and was of the Baptist Faith.

His wife Linda Buchanan; two daughters, Brenda Wilson (Darrell) and Rita Simmons (Gene); two sons Donald Buchanan (Sara) and Ricky Buchanan; seven grandchildren, Mathew Simmon, Courtney Wilson, Macey Wilson, Dalton Buchanan, Emma Buchanan, Gaven Butler and Garhett Butler and two great-grandchildren, Waylon and Wyatt Butler.

He was preceeded in death by his parents, siblings, Lloyd Buchanan (Faye), Nadine Barton (James), Lee Buchanan (Sue) and one daughter, Teresa Butler.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Monday, June 16, 2025 at Landess Funeral Home in Malden. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. with Brother Jerry Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Stanfield Cemetery in Clarkton

Landess Funeral Home of Malden will oversee the arrangements.
