Glennonville ~ Dennis Gerard Prenger was born on Wednesday February 10, 1960 in Dunklin County, Missouri to the late Arthur Prenger and Theresa Fuemmeler Prenger.  He departed this life on Thursday August 8, 2024 at his residence in Glennonville, Missouri at the age of 64 years, 5 months, and 28 days.  Dennis was a farmer and a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church in Glennonville.

His survivors include daughter, Ashley Zipfel and husband Matt of Jonesboro, Arkansas; sons, Aaron Prenger of San Diego, California; B.J. Cagle and wife Mandy of Deridder, Louisiana; four grandchildren, Sylis Stone, Ty Cagle, Gavin Cagle, and Keegan Cagle; brother, Cletus Prenger and wife Barbara; three sisters, Martha Fortman and husband Jeff, Joanie Garcia and husband David, Mary Goggins and sister-in-law, Elaine Prenger and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his God father, Bob Bader; sister, Kathleen Cavaness; two brothers, Tim Prenger and Richard Prenger.

Graveside service will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, August 17, 2024 at St. Teresa Cemetery in Glennonville.  Burial will follow.

Landess Funeral Home and Crematory of Campbell are in charge of the arrangements.
