DeAna Woods, daughter of Maxine McCurter, was born on Wednesday, July 5, 1967, in Flint, Michigan.  She departed this life on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, at the age of 56 years, 5 months and 23 days.

She was a receptionist at Barnett Family Eye Care in Sikeston and was of the Christian Faith.

On April 8, 1991, in Malden, she was united in marriage to Christopher Woods, he survives.

Other survivors include, son, Christopher Woods II of Parma; daughter, Morgan Woods of Parma; three brothers, Jeff, Robbie and Steven Nuckles.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Darren Garrison and her mother, Maxine McCurter.
