Campbell ~ David L. Carter, 80 of West Bend, Wisconsin, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2019 at the Gideon Care Center in Gideon, Missouri.

David, son of Charles Elmer and Elsie May Keating Carter, was born on Sunday, June 5, 1938.

He was united in marriage to Catherine Pesch in 1966.  She preceded him in death in 1990.

He was a Union Electrician.

His survivors include two sons, Douglas Carter of West Bend, Wisconsin and Roger Carter and wife, Janel of Campbellsport, Wisconsin.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Memorial service will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, March 16, 2019 at the Landess Funeral Chapel in Campbell, with Rev. Howard Carter officiating.  Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Campbell.
