Crystal Lynn Rulo 40, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri was born in St. Louis, Missouri to Brenda Smothers Hamlett and Donald Hamlett on August 31, 1984. She departed this life on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. Crystal was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.

Her survivors include: Father, William Rulo, Sr. and his family from Illinois; Mother, Brenda Hamlett and step father, Donald Hamlett of Campbell, Mo; Grandmother, Virginia Hamlett of Malden, Mo; daughters Victoria and Lavinia Hamlett of Campbell, MO. sons Rodney, Dalton, Nolan and Alaric Hamlett of Campbell, MO.; brother William Rulo, Jr. of Maryland  and sisters Marsha Rulo and Cherie Boyer of Mo.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather Harold Hamlett.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
