Campbell ~ Conna Evah Jean Cummings, 86 of Jefferson City formerly of Campbell, passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at Villa Marie Nursing Home in Jefferson City, Missouri.

Evah Jean, daughter of Orville and Grace Taylor Smith, was born on Tuesday, November 28, 1933 in Campbell, Missouri.

She was a housewife and of the Methodist Faith.  She graduated from CHS in 1951.

On October 8, 1962 in Campbell, Missouri.  She was united in marriage to Alvin Lee Cummings.  He preceded her in death on June 9, 1975.

Her survivors include two sons, Derek Cummings of Salem, Duane Cummings of Jefferson City; one granddaughter, Isha Fletcher and husband, Casey of Paragould; one grandson, Austin Cummings of Joliet, Illinois; one great-granddaughter, Gwynn Fletcher of Paragould.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Coy Smith and one great-grandson, Nolan Fletcher.

Graveside service will be at 10 a.m., Sunday, August 9, 2020 at Woodlawn Cemetery in Campbell with Mr. James Powell officiating. Burial will follow.

Landess Funeral Home of Campbell will be in charge of the arrangements.
