Qulin ~ Claudia Pyles, 84 of Qulin, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, December 26 2024 at her residence in Qulin, Missouri.

Claudia, daughter of Thomas Clyde and Mary Clementine Stroud Huggins, was born on Sunday, January 14, 1940 in Rombauer, Missouri.

She retired from Wal Mart and was a housewife.  She was a member of the Oglesville General Baptist Church.

On January 18, 1958 in Oglesville, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Marvin Leon Pyles.  He preceded her in death on March 26, 2007.

Her survivors include sons, Marvin Leon Pyles, Jr. and wife, Mary Shultz of Qulin, Steve Pyles of Poplar Bluff; sister, Lavella Young of Poplar Bluff; brother, Leroy Huggins of Poplar Bluff; grandchildren, Daniel Shultz, Bryan Shultz, Bobbie Pijnowski, Tina Pruitt, Michael Biri; great-grandchildren, Cynthia Shultz, Dalton Shultz, Austin Shultz, Dylan Shultz and Lainey Shultz.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sisters, Glenda Honeysuckle, June Craft, Arabadella Stringer; brothers, Albert Huggins, Deon Huggins, Everett Huggins and daughter-in-law, Bonnie Pyles.

Graveside service will be at 11 a.m., Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at Qulin Cemetery in Qulin, Missouri with Reverend Randy Wiseman and Deacon Bub Ham officiating.  Burial will immediately follow.

Landess Funeral Home and Crematory of Campbell are in charge of the arrangements.
